This 1965 Cobra replica is complete with a Ford 302 V8, T-56 manual transmission, and 8.8 limited slip differential. This particular replica is a long wheelbase kit offered from Classic Roadsters LTD and is titled as a 1965 Mustang.

The exterior is painted dark metallic blue with white shelby stripes. Side-pipes, roll-bar, and wide 16 inch Shelby knock-off inspired wheels complete the look.

The interior features black carpets and black vinyl seats, both in good shape. There is a nicely finished wood wheel and a Shelby Cobra shifter. The seatbelts are aircraft inspired and the gauges are from Classic Instruments.

Power comes from a rebuilt and stroked Ford 302 V8. The engine starts easily and has plenty of power. The trans is a T-5 manual with a short throw shifter. The clutch engages smooth and the shifter feels tight and precise. The steering and brakes are both power assisted. Disk brakes are at all four corners. The car handles well and feels planted around corners. With the 5 speed and 3.25 LSD rear end, highway RPM is low making this a good cruiser. Overall the driving experience is what you would expect from a Cobra, extremely fun and lively.
