1977 Chevrolet Corvette
L-82, 4 speed, t-topThis 1977 Corvette has been well looked after by the same family who has owned it since 1980. Despite the 18 inch Foose wheels, this car remains highly original. The drivetrain, body panels, and interior remain original to the car while there are a few tasteful modifications.
One of those improvements was an exterior restoration and new paint job, professionally done by us, Fort Pitt Classic Cars, within the last year at a cost of $16,000. The brand new paint is the same shade of black the car was originally and it looks stunning. Contrasting the deep black paint are new 18 inch Foose wheels wrapped in high performance summer tires.
The interior is also black and is mostly original except for new carpets and a new sound system with two additional speakers fitted in the trunk. This car also has power windows, AC, full instrumentation in the center stack, and air conditioning (although the AC does not currently work). Overall a very nice place to be, especially with the roof panels removed.
This car also had it’s original L-82 350 completely rebuilt by B&R Speed in 2004 at 94,xxx miles and at a cost of $9,000 (receipt included). The engine rebuild included a rebuilt carb, new fuel lines, new radiator, and new brakes.  The upgraded 350 is mated to the wide ratio 4 speed manual. The clutch feels like it has plenty of meat on it and the shifter is smooth. This Corvette is way faster than when it was new. The car also has power steering and four wheel power disk brakes making it easy to handle.
