1999 Chevrolet Corvette Fix Roof Coupe For Sale – Pittsburgh PA 

For your consideration is a very clean adult owned 1999 Corvette Hard top.  This is the desirable and rare FRC (Fixed Roof Coupe).  The FRC was only available with a 6-speed manual transmission and the Z51 Performance Handling Package came standard.  Only 4,031 of the 33,270 Corvettes built for ’99 were “FRC” Cars.  This car is one of only 1,227 Black FRC cars produced.  Below I will go through the condition of this rare model Corvette.

Engine: The FRC was only available with a 6-speed manual transmission and the Z51 Performance Handling Package came standard.  With a very stout 345 HP, this 5.7 LS1 runs exactly as it should.  its very strong, no concerning noises, no leaks, and doesn’t run hot.  Its the same engine used in the non FRC cars, and since its a bit lighter, its a bit faster as well!  The sprint to 60 MPH took 4.7 seconds and it could rip through a quarter mile in 13.3 seconds at around 108 MPH with a top end of 175 MPH.

Transmission:  Only the 6-speed manual was available in the FRC cars.  It shifts smooth just like it should.  The clutch feels perfect as well.

Suspension, Steering & Braking:   Everything is original, tight and as it should be.  With low miles and adult driving, everything fells as it did when the car was new.

Exterior: The black paint is in good shape.  There are no signs of accidents or repainting, it appears to be 100% original.  The car could benefit from some buffing to really get it to the show quality level.  There are some rain marks in the paint that should come out with a professional buffing. 

Interior: Everything on the inside of the car works as it should  Besides the side of the drivers seat (small blemish), the interior is in excellent shape. The Air Conditioning does need recharged.  It blows warm.  

Underside: No signs of abuse or issues.  Everything looks as it should.  All parts appear to be oem and stock, even the exhaust system. 

This car is 100% stock with no performance modifications!  It is price right with the small imperfections listed.  I dont expect this one to last very long.  Come in and check it out!
