This 1966 Plymouth Fury III Convertible is available for purchase. When new, this very car was on display at Churchill Valley Country Club in Pittsburgh. The current owner has had the car for the past 30 years. He bought the car from the original owner. It was repainted at one time and had some minor mechanical work, but is mostly original. It even has the Chrysler Certicard on the radiator support.

The exterior color is Citron Gold Metallic and has been well kept. Chrome and trim are in good condition as well. The body panels are straight and uniform. The top has been replaced and is in very good condition. The power operated top works well.

The interior color matches the exterior. The seats, dash, and door panels are in excellent condition. Underneath some protective carpet, the original carpet is in good condition. An aftermarket radio has been added under the dash and the original has been kept in place.

Underneath, the Plymouth does not show any signs of accident damage. It does have some  rust on the frame and floors and will need restoration work. Please review the pictures of the affected areas.

Mechanically, the car has the original 318 V8, 2 bbl carb, and automatic transmission. It also has power steering and power brakes. Mileage at 78,000 appears to be original and the vehicle runs and drives very well. It has new rear coil-overs and a new exhaust. The engine was refreshed about 5 years ago.

This 1966 Plymouth Fury III Convertible is offered for sale on consignment by Fort Pitt Classic Cars.
